The Remote Control To Turn-Off Anxiety!
If anxiety has become your second nature, you might be missing the remote control to turn it off. Fear and anxiety are our natural reactions; no one is invulnerable to anxiety. But a few know how to retain composure when the nerves do cha-cha.
Here’s how you can devise your own remote control to stop an anxiety attack naturally.

Deep Breathing: This is the most reliable method to bring sanity to a pounding heart and gasping lungs. Whenever you feel as if the world is turning upside down, simply accept the situation and focus your concentration on the breathing. Don’t try to have a head on face-off with anxiety, as the more you’ll fight it, the more energy it will get to grow. Drop all resistance and get in sync with the healing power of breath. Drive the over-speeding vehicle of your body towards rest with slow and deep inhalations. Now allow the relaxation to reach your deepest core by exhaling even more slowly. This simple strategy will send your system into a deep rest, toning down the attack of anxiety.
Watch Without Playing An Active Role: The center from where the anxiety erupts is composed of a longstanding pattern of negative thinking. We get into a habit of blaming ourselves thinking I am not worthy, I cannot handle this, I cannot stand too many people staring at me, I am destined to fail, etc, etc. Identifying with such thoughts, gives them an upper hand over us. When we believe in the negative vibrations buzzing in the mind, we let them be the decider of our destiny. However, if we can just stand aloof and watch these thoughts passing on the screen of mind like a movie, as mere spectators, without any idea of owning them, we can get permanent relief from anxiety. Don’t try to rein the mind, let it be what it wants to be. Allow the negative thoughts pass on like strangers, don’t befriend or identify with them, and overtime, you’ll see the anxiety rendered impotent melting into the thin air.
Pat Your Affection On Scalp: A few drops of peppermint oil, when applied to head, releases the pent up stress and eases the pressure on nerves, thereby helping you lead an anxiety free life.
